SOUTHRIDGE AREA MASTERPLAN
The Village of Greendale has launched a visionary Southridge Area Master Planning Project. This community-focused initiative aims to create a shared and actionable vision for the future of the Southridge Mall area, adjacent parcels, and key segments of the west side of the 76th Street corridor.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
The master planning process area covers nearly 100 acres consisting of the main mall campus and parking lots (including the north end residing within the City of Greenfield) and a portion of the west side of 76th St. between Grange Ave. and Martin Luther High School.
A dedicated community engagement session will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Safety Center (5911 W. Grange Ave.) to gain feedback from Greendale community members. A series of stakeholder meetings will be held with Village representatives and landowners within the project area.
